Estimated Costs:
3D props cost $15-75 each, based on texturing and rigging.
2D animations cost $25-$185, based on type and provided assets.
If you are providing premade assets, written permission from original artist must be provided before any work is done.

Anticipated Timeline:
1. Discussion of details and scope of project.
1a. Project is accepted, added to waitlist, or referred to another artist.
2. 100% of quote is required to secure slot and start initial draft work.
2a. 50% for returning clients.
2b. Refunds initiated by client before draft completion will be 100% of payment, 50% after. Refunds initiated by artist will be 100% of payment.
3. Weekly check-ins thereafter through project timeline for feedback and minor adjustments.
3a. Major changes may require project time extension and fee of 5-20% original quote.
3b. Major changes are anything beyond color, size, format, framing (for 2D), and scrapping (for 3D), such as addition of new assets or derivation from road map.
4. 100% of quote required before final product delivery.
5. One week support provided for minor changes after final delivery.
5a. Major changes after final delivery require a new commission request.
5b. Minor changes after initial support week require 20% fee of original quote.

Usage Rights:
Upon completion of the work, client has a perpetual, exclusive, and nontransferable license to modify and use the work for any purpose, as long as the following conditions are met:
1. Anytime the work is shared, artist must be cited as the original author, and any modifications must be labeled and cited.
2. Use of work for commercial purposes, beyond an asset for streaming or monetized videos, require a 4% royalty or $225 flat fee, based on discussion with artist.
If any of the above conditions are broken, client forfeits all exclusivity rights and agrees to pay 100% royalties for continued use of work, including works previously charged the flat fee.
Artist retains copyright of work and may use any stage of the project for any purpose, such as portfolios and advertising. Sharing of the work in isolation will include citing client as the commissioner.

Privacy Policy:
All nonpublic information gathered from client, such as legal name, email, and payment will only be used to the extent necessary to fulfill client requests, and never shared with unaffiliated third parties. Occasionally parts of a project are subcontracted, in which case any information shared is only as needed to fulfill the services in which they were hired for and nothing else.
